CRM Senior MSD 365 CRM Developer


Role : Senior MSD 365 CRM Developer


Experience : 5 - 9 years


Location : Hyderabad (WFO)


Job Description and Requirements :


- University educated, with a degree in preferably Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.


- Have at least 5+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE/CRM, understand the full stack, and have worked extensively with Dynamics 365 CE.


- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.


- Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities.


- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows, processes and Flows.


- Demonstrated proficiency in using the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.


- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET + development using C#.


- Demonstrated proficiency in Power Platform, Power Pages, and Canvas Apps.


- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.


- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.


- Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.


- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.


- Experience with Microsoft Real Time Marketing an advantage


- Experience with Power BI an advantage


- Must have fluent English language skills.


Key Responsibilities :


- Keep up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform features, AI advancements, and best practices.


- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Apps solutions for custom business applications and processes.


- Create secure, scalable APIs to be consumed by third-party platforms.


- Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Power BI, and external systems.


- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate, integrating AI for smarter workflows.


- Design and implement interactive dashboards/reports using Power BI, leveraging AI for deeper insights.


- Troubleshoot/debug Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.


- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies for optimization and efficiency.


- Engage directly with product creators and influencers, influencing the trajectory of tools and services.


- Mentoring junior team members.


- Responding to requests from the Support desk.


- Writing Blogs/Educational articles for the website.


- Create educational presentations to internal team members.
