Role Overview :

As a Senior Developer Gen AI, you will work on the forefront of language model development and deployment.

Your focus will be on crafting and fine-tuning advanced AI-driven applications, with a hands-on role in architecture, design, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Gen AI solutions using LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.

- Implement NLP pipelines for tasks like text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.

- Architect scalable Gen AI applications using tools like LangChain and HuggingFace.

- Explore and apply techniques like zero-shot, few-shot learning, and LLM fine-tuning.

- Evaluate and optimize performance of local LLMs and Azure OpenAI integrations.

- Work on solutioning, LLM architecture design, and problem analysis at scale.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Expertise in LLM (Large Language Models) and Generative AI.

- Experience with LangChain, HuggingFace, or similar frameworks.

- Solid grasp of prompt engineering and conversational AI workflows.

- Proven experience with Azure OpenAI and local LLM performance evaluation.
