Job Description:

- At least 16 years of total experience in HR portfolio and delivery management.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Program, portfolio or Delivery Management.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology portfolio.

- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and transformation programs.

- Proven track record of managing business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project governance skills.

- Ability to translate business needs into actionable implementation requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct large-scale SAP SuccessFactors delivery programs to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints for our global client base.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by providing transparent reporting and strategic guidance to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between HR technology roadmaps and corporate objectives.

- Lead cross-functional teams of consultants and technical architects to resolve critical delivery bottlenecks and maintain high standards of service quality.

- Optimize delivery processes and governance frameworks to improve operational efficiency and reduce time-to-market for new HR feature deployments.

- Mentor project managers and delivery leads to cultivate a high-performance culture focused on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
