We are looking for a Senior Decision Automation Consultant with strong experience in business rules management, decision modeling, Camunda, n8n, BPMN workflow driven solutions and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Implementation teams to design and configure scalable decision logic that drives critical business processes across insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure business rules, decision tables, and decision services using industry-standard decision automation frameworks.

- Translate business requirements, underwriting guidelines, policy rules, and regulatory requirements into maintainable decision models.

- Configure workflow decision points, validations, eligibility rules, routing logic, and process controls.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to validate requirements and design scalable solutions.

- Participate in solution design, estimation, implementation planning, testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot rule execution issues and ensure decision accuracy and consistency.

- Develop reusable configuration assets, templates, and best practices.

- Support integration testing, UAT, production releases, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills :

- 15- 20 years of experience in decision automation, business rules management, workflow platforms, or configurable software solutions.

- Strong experience with DMN (Decision Model and Notation), business rules engines, and decision management platforms.

- Hands-on experience with decision tables, validations, and business rule modeling.

- Strong proficiency in JSON and JavaScript.

- Experience working with Camunda, BPMN workflows, or process automation platforms.

- Good understanding of API integrations and workflow-driven solutions.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable configurations.

- Experience within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Apache Camel and integration frameworks.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and configuration-as-code principles.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
