Senior Data Scientist - Voice Al

Description :

We are looking for a Voice AI specialist to lead the development of next-generation voicebots at Credgenics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of applied ML, systems engineering, and real-world performance constraints

Capabilities this position will require :

- Design, implement, and fine-tune Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models on private infrastructure

- Build and optimize multi-lingual STT and TTS models, with strong performance across Indian languages

- Hands-on expertise with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras

- Architect and deploy scalable, cost-effective voice AI systems suitable for production workloads

- Optimize systems for low latency, high accuracy, and error reduction in real-time environments

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production voicebot pipelines
