Role Overview
:

As a Sr. Data Scientist at Andor Tech, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models to solve critical business problems for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and translate them into effective data-driven solutions. Your work will directly impact our clients' bottom line by improving their operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
:

- Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and related libraries to address specific business challenges, ensuring accuracy and scalability.

- Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance of different models and algorithms, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and storage, ensuring data quality and accessibility.

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports, enabling informed decision-making.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and techniques.

- Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required Skillset
:

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for using data to drive business impact.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bangalore.
