- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R with experience in libraries and frameworks for NLP and GenAI.

- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design.

- Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead a small team of decision scientists and effectively collaborate towards achieving project goals.
