We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives that drive data-informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen and play a key role in shaping data strategy and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and statistical models

- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define problems, success metrics, and data requirements

- Translate business challenges into scalable data science solutions

- Guide and mentor junior data scientists and analysts

- Ensure model performance, accuracy, and scalability in production

- Work closely with data engineering teams on data pipelines and architecture

- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences

- Stay current with emerging trends in data science, AI, and analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Python or R for data analysis and modeling

- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases

- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)

- Hands-on experience with model deployment and MLOps practices

- Strong understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, etc.)

- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
