Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in forecasting, customer churn analysis, and machine learning model development. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and product teams to build predictive models and generate data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy machine learning models for forecasting and customer churn prediction.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

- Build predictive analytics solutions to improve customer retention and business performance.

- Design and implement statistical and ML algorithms.

- Perform feature engineering, model validation, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.

- Communicate insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. Forecasting models

2. Customer churn modeling

3. Predictive analytics

- Proficiency in Python or R.

- Experience with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

- Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.

- Experience working with SQL and large datasets.

- Understanding of model deployment and monitoring.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Knowledge of deep learning techniques.

- Experience with business analytics and KPI tracking.

- Exposure to MLOps practices.
