Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Job Title : Data Scientist / ML Engineer.

Experience : 8+ years.

Location : Hybrid Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune.

Time Zone : IST.

Role Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns.

- Develop predictive models for Next Best Offer (NBO) and Next Best Action (NBA).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable solutions.

- Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and effectiveness.

- Optimize algorithms for processing speed and accuracy.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science technologies.

- Communicate findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing machine learning models and working with large datasets.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Python for ML development and automation.

- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

- Building custom ML pipelines for training and deployment.

- Experience with model serving and integration into applications.

- Statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.

- Writing modular, reusable code for experimentation and production.

- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD for ML workflows.

- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting frameworks.

Tool Experience :

- Azure AI Foundry (Model training, deployment, orchestration).

- Python (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Feature Engineering and Predictive Analytics.

- Microsoft Fabric for data access and preparation.

- Power BI for visualization and reporting.
