We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to drive end-to-end ML/AI solutions-from problem framing to production deployment. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, business-impacting solutions across industries like BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business problems into ML/AI solutions with measurable impact

- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model development

- Build and deploy models (ML, NLP, GenAI - RAG, fine-tuning)

- Productionize solutions using MLOps (MLflow, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Work on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP - SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)

- Design A/B tests and measure impact using statistical methods

- Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance

- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow)

- Hands-on with NLP, embeddings, and GenAI tools (Hugging Face, LangChain, vector DBs)

- Experience with Spark/Databricks and data pipelines

- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployments

- Experience delivering production-grade ML solutions

Good to Have :

- Experience in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing

- Knowledge of recommender systems, time-series, or optimization
