About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning and analytics solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and smarter decision-making across our supply chain operations.

In this role, you will work on complex, real-world problems - leveraging large-scale data, predictive models, and AI - to deliver measurable business impact. Youll collaborate closely with data engineering, product, and business teams while also mentoring junior data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy ML models & advanced analytics solutions for supply chain use cases

- Deliver predictive and real-time insights to manage demand, inventory, and disruptions

- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams on high-quality, integrated data pipelines

- Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle : experimentation deployment monitoring

- Validate data, ensure model reliability, and monitor performance in production

- Translate technical insights into business recommendations for stakeholders

- Quantify business impact and contribute to ROI and KPI-based business cases

- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data science & MLOps

- Explore and apply emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, for supply chain applications

- Ensure compliance with AI governance, documentation, and ethical standards

Core Data Science :

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science

- Strong exposure to supply chain, operations, logistics, or manufacturing analytics

- Experience delivering production-ready ML solutions

- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders

- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Passion for continuous learning and innovation in AI & analytics
