Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Modeler to design and manage enterprise data models for modern cloud data platforms. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable conceptual, logical, and physical data models across enterprise domains.

This role focuses on building high-performance data models for analytics, BI, and AI-ready data platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms

- Translate business requirements into scalable data structures

- Build data warehouse / lakehouse models for platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Dremio

- Implement dimensional modeling (Kimball/Inmon) and schema design best practices

- Define data standards, naming conventions, metadata, and lineage

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to align pipelines with data models

- Maintain documentation, version control, and business glossary

Mandatory Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in Data Modeling / Enterprise Data Architecture

- Strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling

- Hands-on experience with data modeling tools (Erwin, ER Studio, PowerDesigner, SQLDBM)

- Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehouse schema design

- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift

- Strong SQL and database schema design skills

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

Good to Have :

- Experience with data governance / metadata tools (Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview)

- Exposure to ETL / data pipeline tools (DBT, Airflow, Informatica)

- Understanding of MDM and reference data management
