Job Title : Data Analyst Advanced SQL, Tableau, US Healthcare Payer

Job Description :

We are hiring experienced Data Analysts with strong hands-on expertise in Advanced SQL, Tableau, and US Healthcare Payer / Insurance domain.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, independent handling of complex reporting requests, and the ability to work closely with business and client stakeholders.

Candidates should be comfortable working with large datasets and creating meaningful insights through reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex business and operational data to support reporting and decision-making

- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries using complex joins, subqueries, and large datasets

- Work on impact analysis and reporting with minimal supervision

- Handle healthcare payer data such as claims, billing, eligibility, utilization, and related reporting areas

- Develop, maintain, and support Tableau-based reporting/dashboards where required

- Interact with internal business teams and client stakeholders for reporting requirements and analysis

- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of analytical outputs

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting

- Strong expertise in Advanced SQL

- Hands-on experience with Tableau

- Experience in US Healthcare Payer / Insurance domain

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience handling complex reporting independently

- Good communication skills and stakeholder interaction ability

- Willingness to work 4 PM 1 AM IST

- Willingness to work in hybrid model (3 days work from office)

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to claims, billing, eligibility, and utilization datasets

- Experience working with large data volumes and performance optimization

- Experience in client-facing analytics/reporting environments
