Senior Data Analyst - Python/SQL

What youll be doing :

- Work closely with US-based pharma clients to understand business problems and deliver data-driven solutions

- Design and build interactive dashboards using Tableau / Power BI

- Analyze large datasets (Sales, Rx, Claims, Specialty Pharmacy) to generate actionable insights

- Translate business requirements into analytics and BI solutions

- Optimize dashboards and BI solutions for performance and usability

- Own end-to-end project delivery, timelines, and client communication

- Collaborate with offshore teams and mentor junior analysts

- Support pre-sales, client demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)

- Contribute to advanced solutions including NLP/NLG-based analytics (good to have)

Must-Have Requirements (Strict) :

- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Visualization / BI

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Pharma / Life Sciences analytics

- Strong experience with pharma datasets (Sales, Rx, Claims, Specialty Pharmacy)

- Expertise in Tableau / Power BI / Qlik (dashboard design, development, optimization)

- Strong SQL skills + working knowledge of Python for data analysis

- Experience in commercial analytics and data modelling

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into insights & dashboards

- Experience working with clients / stakeholders (consulting exposure preferred)

- Experience owning projects end-to-end (delivery, timelines, quality)

Good to Have :

- Experience with predictive modeling (regression, classification, clustering)

- Exposure to advanced analytics (NLP/NLG, automation, POCs)

- Experience working with US pharma clients / global stakeholders
