Role Overview :

As a Senior D&T Intelligent Automation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and UI/UX designers to identify automation opportunities, build robust and scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your work will directly impact the organization by reducing manual effort, improving data accuracy, and accelerating business outcomes, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end intelligent automation solutions using RPA, Python, JavaScript, and API integrations to optimize business workflows for various departments.

- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and create detailed solution designs that align with business objectives.

- Build and maintain scalable and resilient automation platforms leveraging cloud technologies to ensure high availability and performance.

- Integrate automation solutions with SAP, CRM, and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and process orchestration.

- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of automation solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Contribute to the development of automation best practices, standards, and documentation to promote consistency and maintainability across the organization.

- Partner with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for automation solutions, enhancing user adoption and satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Python, and JavaScript.

- Proven expertise in integrating automation solutions with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), SAP, and CRM systems.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and UI/UX designers.

- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices, with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces for automation solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
