Key Responsibilities:

Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM US Payroll and Absence Management modules, ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations.

- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation for US Payroll, Absence Management, and Fast Formula components.

- Design, build, and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex payroll calculations, eligibility rules, and absence accruals.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

- Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll and absence processes.

- Troubleshoot payroll and absence-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Support payroll parallel runs, year-end activities, and cutover for new implementations or enhancements.

- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration related to US Payroll and Absence Management.

- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

- Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Fusion HCM practice.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - US Payroll and Absence Management.

- Practical experience in designing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Fast Formulas for payroll and absence.

- Good understanding of US payroll processes, tax rules, garnishments, and statutory reporting.

- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM security, roles, and approvals related to payroll and absence.

- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications in Payroll or Absence Management are an added advantage.
