Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced RMJ Senior Consultant / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) to design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise workload automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with RMJ architecture, process definitions, integrations, scripting, and performance tuning.

Total Experience : 6 - 9 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Redwood RunMyJobs workload automation solutions based on business and technical requirements.

- Lead RMJ architecture, migration, and implementation initiatives.

- Develop and manage complex process definitions, workflows, schedules, and dependencies.

- Configure and maintain integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java, REL (Redwood Expression Language), and other scripting technologies.

- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of RMJ environments.

- Support migration of existing scheduling and workload automation processes to Redwood RunMyJobs.

- Analyze automation requirements and recommend scalable and efficient solutions.

- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, SAP, and business teams to resolve technical issues.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.

- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and implementation guidelines.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ).

- Strong expertise in Redwood RunMyJobs architecture, migrations, and process definitions.

- Hands-on experience with Java and Redwood Expression Language (REL).

- Strong experience in SAP integration and enterprise workload automation.

- Experience with ServiceNow integration.

- Strong scripting and automation skills.

- Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of RMJ environments.

- Good understanding of scheduling concepts, dependencies, job orchestration, and workload automation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
