Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant - SAP HCM Time Management to join our clients team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM Time Management with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of time management modules.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize time management processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and AMS support for SAP HCM Time Management.

- Configure and maintain work schedules, shift planning, time quotas, absences, and leave policies.

- Design and manage time evaluation schemas and rules for both positive and negative time recording.

- Ensure seamless integration with Payroll, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and third-party time systems.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), time data validation, and compliance audits.

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional solutions to business users.

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, and knowledge repositories.

- Mentor and guide junior consultants while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in SAP HCM, with strong focus on Time Management.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP HCM implementation.

- Strong expertise in time evaluation, work schedules, quotas, and absence management.

- Understanding of India-specific labor laws and statutory compliance related to time management.

- Experience working with integrations between SAP HCM and Payroll/third-party systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- SAP HCM Certification is preferred
