Role Overview :

As a SAP GTS Senior Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal subject matter expert, bridging the gap between complex global trade requirements and robust SAP technical solutions. You will lead end-to-end implementation and support projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, global supply chain teams, and technical architects to streamline cross-border operations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing trade compliance, customs management, and risk mitigation processes within SAP ECC and GTS environments. By translating intricate business needs into scalable system configurations, you will directly influence the efficiency of global logistics, ensuring seamless regulatory adherence and driving significant operational cost savings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure comprehensive SAP GTS solutions to automate customs declarations, license management, and preference processing, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.

- Lead the integration of SAP GTS with SAP ECC modules to ensure seamless data flow, enabling real-time visibility into supply chain movements for global stakeholders.

- Conduct detailed business process workshops to identify operational gaps and translate requirements into functional specifications that enhance system performance and user adoption.

- Manage complex cutover activities and post-go-live support to minimize business disruption and ensure the stability of critical trade compliance workflows.

- Mentor junior consultants and project teams by sharing best practices in SAP GTS architecture, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management, with a deep understanding of SAP ECC integration points.

- Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements, effectively communicating technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide innovative, scalable solutions that align with evolving global trade laws.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse, geographically dispersed teams in a professional, high-stakes environment.

- Flexibility to thrive in a PAN India work model, maintaining high productivity and clear communication in both remote and hybrid collaborative settings.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS and ECC environments.
