- Lead and deliver end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations.

- Work across Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

- Configure and support core Finance processes including AP, AR, General Ledger, Tax, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into D365 F&O solutions.

- Design and implement integrations using Data Entities, Web Services, APIs, Logic Apps, and file-based integrations.

- Manage data migration and ETL activities using Data Management Framework (DMF).

- Develop and customize solutions using X++ and C#.

- Work with SSRS reporting, workflows, Azure Data Lake, and Power Platform.

- Lead technical discussions, client workshops, solution design, and project delivery.

- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

- Strong hands-on implementation experience with D365 Finance & Operations.

- Experience across Finance, SCM, and Technical areas of D365 F&O.

- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end/full lifecycle Dynamics ERP implementation.

- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, Tax, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Operations.

- Strong understanding of D365 F&O integration tools and data entities.

- Experience with data migration and ETL processes.

- Strong presentation and documentation skills, including MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.

- Ability to work effectively with clients, business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Active Microsoft Dynamics certification will be an added advantage.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and technical architecture.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and modern integration architecture.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/B. Tech, MCA, M. Sc. (Computer Science), or equivalent qualification from an accredited university.
