Description :

Lead the engineering, analytics, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint experience by leveraging telemetry, automation, and digital experience platforms to enhance colleague productivity and device performance.

- Own the enterprise strategy for digital endpoint experience monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvement across managed devices.

- Lead the adoption and optimization of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, endpoint analytics, and device health monitoring solutions.

- Establish device experience baselines, KPIs, and service health metrics to proactively identify and resolve user experience issues.

- Drive improvements in device performance, boot times, application responsiveness, collaboration experience, and overall endpoint reliability.

- Design and implement proactive remediation, automation, and self-healing capabilities to improve endpoint stability and reduce support demand.

- Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams to identify experience gaps and drive data-driven improvements.

- Leverage endpoint telemetry, analytics, and user sentiment data to prioritize engineering investments and modernization efforts.

- Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, and operational best practices for endpoint experience monitoring and management platforms.

- Track and communicate device experience trends, productivity insights, and business outcomes through executive dashboards and reporting.

- Mentor engineers and build organizational capability in digital employee experience, endpoint analytics, proactive support, and workplace engineering.
