Role Overview :

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients in the insurance industry.

You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, development teams, and other consultants to design, develop, and implement innovative applications using Guidewire ClaimCenter and related technologies.

Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance our clients' operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.

- Design and develop custom applications and integrations using GOSU programming language within the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.

- Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet specific client needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with Java developers to integrate Guidewire ClaimCenter with other enterprise systems.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and reliability.

- Participate in project planning and estimation, contributing to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire ClaimCenter.

- Proven expertise in GOSU programming language and Java development.

- Strong understanding of insurance industry business processes and workflows.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
