Senior CMS Engineer - Java

Job Description/Mandatory Skills :

- CMS platforms like SharePoint.

- ElasticSearch and Postgres

- GCP, AWS, or Azure

- Java/Spring Boot.

- Spring Boot Microservices.

Responsibilities :

- Lead design and development of scalable Spring Boot microservices.

- Architect and optimize ElasticSearch clusters for high-volume search use cases.

- Define database strategies and performance tuning for Postgres.

- Integrate enterprise CMS platforms (SharePoint) into application workflows.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to shape technical solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5 to 8 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java/Spring Boot.

- Expertise in ElasticSearch and Postgres database design and optimization.

- Experience in integrating and managing CMS platforms like SharePoint.

- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API security, and scalability.

- Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead small to mid-size initiatives.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
