Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant to lead complex ERP transformation initiatives for our clients in the Delhi NCR/Gurgaon region. In this capacity, you will serve as the bridge between intricate business requirements and technical architecture, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, senior stakeholders, and client leadership to design scalable solutions that optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to ensure seamless alignment with client business processes and long-term scalability.

- Lead complex data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime during the transition from legacy systems to modern ERP environments.

- Develop custom extensions using AL language to enhance system functionality and meet unique client-specific operational requirements.

- Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementations, from initial requirement gathering and gap analysis to final user acceptance testing and post-go-live support.

- Optimize SQL Server performance and database configurations to ensure high availability and rapid reporting capabilities for end-users.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to the development team to foster a culture of excellence and high-quality delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, with a deep understanding of core modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.

- Proven ability to write clean, efficient code in AL and manage complex customizations within the Business Central ecosystem.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server management, including query optimization and database maintenance, to support robust ERP reporting.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical leadership.

- A track record of managing high-stakes ERP projects with 7 - 15 years of professional experience in a consulting or enterprise environment.

- Strong educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology, complemented by a proactive approach to working in a hybrid environment in Gurgaon.
