Role : Senior Business Analyst

Location : Trivandrum / Work From Home

Shift : Second Shift 10 : 30 AM to 7 : 30 PM IST

Experience : 8 to 15 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

- Conduct business process analysis, documentation, and workflow mapping.

- Gather, analyze, and validate data to support decision-making and solution design.

- Work closely with Development, QA, and Project teams.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and process flows.

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

- Support UAT, training, and post-implementation activities.

Requirements :

- 8 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Strong experience in Headwear, Retail, Fashion, or Apparel domain.

- Proven experience in requirement gathering and solution documentation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.

- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

- CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA, or similar certifications are a plus.
