Job Overview :

You will work closely with :

- Client

Duties & Responsibilities :

Business Analyst :

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.

- Able to create different types of documents such as : BRD, FRS, DFD, process flow diagram, user manual & SoP.

- Report on common sources of gaps or technical issues or questions and make recommendations to improvise it.

- Thoroughly understanding software & related queries, documenting it & discussing with team members

- Coordinating with client & internal team members during the implementation process.

- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our

integration

- Able to work independently without supervision, developing project plans, and tracking

progress.

- Ensuring the development done is as per shared requirements & highlighting the gap.

- Providing training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

- Responsible for Hiring new person or interview.

Project Management :

- Project planning activities, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

- Track and report project status to stakeholders, including progress against milestones and budget adherence.

Requirements & Skills :

- As a Business analyst Experience of at least 4+ years

- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.

- Knowledge of software development life cycle is must

- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports

- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Experience in project management tools such as Jira

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
