Senior Business Analyst - Networking & Broadband Domain

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Networking, CPE (Customer Premises Equipment), and Fixed Connectivity (Broadband).

The candidate will act as a key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of broadband and fixed connectivity projects.

This role requires both technical and business acumen, excellent communication, and experience managing multi-stakeholder dependencies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for broadband and fixed connectivity projects.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.

- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in network processes and CPE provisioning workflows.

- Work closely with network engineering, architecture, product, and operations teams to define technical and functional requirements.

- Act as the primary point of contact for multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely communication.

- Facilitate workshops, review sessions, and requirement validation meetings.

- Support CPE provisioning, activation, and lifecycle management processes.

- Monitor project dependencies, track risks, and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

- Assist in defining KPIs, SLAs, and process improvement initiatives for broadband services.

- Prepare clear and detailed requirement documents, functional specifications, process maps, and dashboards.

- Document network provisioning workflows, CPE configurations, and service delivery processes.

- Provide regular status reports, issue tracking, and escalation updates to project stakeholders.

- Conduct technical feasibility analysis and support solution design discussions.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, broadband standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in networking, broadband, or fixed connectivity domains.

- Strong understanding of CPE provisioning, network architecture, broadband services, and connectivity workflows.

- Experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in requirement elicitation, documentation, process mapping, and gap analysis.

- Familiarity with broadband service lifecycle, network provisioning tools, and ITSM processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile, or Scrum practices is a plus
