Role Overview:

The Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of requirements throughout the integration life cycle and liaising with stakeholders to integrate IAM tools into the enterprise.

Total Experience: 5 - 8 years

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate discussions, analyze options, and provide recommendations for compliance and integration.

- Conducting business needs and functional/non-functional requirements elicitation and documentation.

- Managing assigned tasks within scope, quality, and timeframe.

- Identifying and recording risks, issues, and dependencies, and managing them through to resolution.

- Assisting in the development and maintenance of IAM policies, standards, and control documentation.

- Performing data analysis to identify access anomalies, orphan accounts, and control deficiencies.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.

- Experience with Agile methodology leveraging JIRA.

- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authentication, Authorization, and Federation concepts.

- Hands-on experience with IGA SailPoint, Okta/Ping/MFA, CyberArk, and HashiCorp vaulting tools.

- Experience leading application onboarding and IAM integration initiatives in complex enterprise environments.

- Experience with cloud environments (AWS and Azure) and IAM-related capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word).

- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle processes.

- Immediate joiner preferred.
