Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand business requirements related to HR processes

- Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement system solutions

- Manage and optimize HR platforms such as UKG, Greenhouse, and BizLibrary

- Ensure accurate handling of employee data, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition systems

- Identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements

Key Skills :

- Experience with HR platforms : UKG, Greenhouse, BizLibrary

- Strong knowledge of HR operations (payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
