Job Summary :


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Embedded Domain team.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary business module owner, responsible for driving end-to-end business analysis, requirement gathering, and process improvement within the card processing, money movement, and embedded lending domains.

This role requires a strong understanding of both business and technical perspectives, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable documentation for development teams.


Key Responsibilities :


- Serve as the business module owner for assigned domains, including card processing & issuing, money movement, and embedded lending products.

- Take full ownership of the teams business scope and related systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Independently analyze and document business requirements by collaborating with internal departments such as Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations.

- Evaluate various solution options from both functional and technical standpoints, providing recommendations that balance business needs with system capabilities.

- Author detailed technical documentation for developers, including reference manuals, product manuals, and functional specifications.

- Develop clear and comprehensive user stories, use cases, and procedural documentation to guide product development.

- Create visual aids like process flows, system diagrams, and data models to enhance understanding across teams.

- Facilitate communication and alignment between engineers, programmers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity on product requirements and workflows.

- Research and thoroughly understand product samples, market trends, and domain-specific challenges to provide insights and drive innovation.

- Coordinate internal workflows related to new product functionalities, ensuring smooth handoffs and integration across teams.

- Take accountability for the approval, development, and ongoing maintenance of assigned modules throughout the product lifecycle.

- Lead internal presentations, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions about team modules and newly developed functionalities.

- Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and ensure business alignment.

- Serve as a point of contact for escalations and business clarifications related to your domain.

- Knowledge of international and domestic card schemes, transaction flows, authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.

- Experience with domestic and international remittance processes, including compliance and regulatory considerations.

- Understanding of embedded lending solutions, with a focus on credit decisioning models and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) use cases.


Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, payments, or embedded finance domains.


- Strong understanding of payment processing, card schemes, remittances, and lending workflows.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business scenarios.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging business and technical teams.

- Proficiency with requirement gathering and management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize conflicting requirements effectively
