Senior Business Analyst - Banking & FinTech Domain

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and FinTech along with hands-on experience in KYC/AML processes.

Location : Hyderabad & Delhi

Experience : 4 - 7 yrs

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Prepare and manage BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and process flow documents.

- Conduct Gap Analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.

- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.

- Support UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off activities.

- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Strong Banking / Financial Services / FinTech domain knowledge.

- Hands-on experience in KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and onboarding processes.

- Strong SQL expertise including Joins, Aggregations, Subqueries, and Data Validation.

- Experience with Excel, Power BI, and reporting/analytics tools.

- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as RBI, FATF, Basel, and AML regulations.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

- MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
