About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with mandatory hands-on AI/Generative AI experience to drive AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analysis, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and product development, with practical experience working on AI-powered products, automation solutions, or LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation through stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and client interactions.

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

- Create AS-IS/TO-BE process flows, BPMN diagrams, use cases, and business process documentation.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

- Own backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, and release planning in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-offs.

- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution validation for new product initiatives.

- Work with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications to define scalable solutions.

- Drive process improvements using data, KPIs, and operational insights.

- Partner with AI/ML teams to define AI use cases, business workflows, prompt requirements, evaluation criteria, and rollout strategies.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Hands-on experience working on AI/Generative AI projects is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Good understanding of APIs, SQL, and system integrations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Insurance, SaaS, Payments, or Enterprise Products.

- Experience working with cross-functional Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Data teams.

- Exposure to AI evaluation frameworks, prompt optimisation, AI copilots, or intelligent automation solutions is highly preferred.

- Certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, CSM, CBAP, or ECBA are a plus.

Mandatory Screening Criteria :

- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, UAT, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
