Senior Business Analyst

Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technology outcomes with clarity, precision, and strategy.

Youll work closely with cross-functional teamsproduct, engineering, sales, and operationsto translate complex business problems into actionable insights and scalable solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands not just how to gather requirements, but how to shape product and business strategy using data, systems thinking, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities.

- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.

- Analyze workflows, processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Develop wireframes, user stories, process maps, and documentation for proposed features or changes.

- Track performance metrics post-implementation to measure business impact and ROI.

- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring business objectives are met.

- Continuously identify areas for improvement through feedback loops, analytics, and user insights.

Required Skills & Experience.

- 58 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.

- Experience working with product teams, developers, and data teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
