Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and partners.

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Documentation (UD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related project artifacts.

- Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, use cases, and business process maps.

- Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure requirement clarity and successful project execution.

- Work closely with UI/UX teams to prepare wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys using Figma.

- Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance activities.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement discussions, change requests, issue resolution, and project updates.

- Participate in UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations.

- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in application development projects, with at least 2+ years in a B2B services/product company.

- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, business analysis, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

- Strong experience preparing BRD, SRS, FRD, Use Case Documents, User Documentation, and related project artifacts.

- Hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, business process maps, user journeys, and functional flow documentation.

- Working experience with Figma for wireframing, screen flows, mockups, and requirement visualization.

- Experience coordinating with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, UAT coordination, project tracking, and documentation management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
