Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai, Singapore, or Malaysia. In this capacity, you will serve as the critical bridge between complex business challenges and scalable technical solutions. You will engage daily with cross-functional stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate high-level business objectives into precise functional requirements.

By driving the end-to-end SDLC and ensuring seamless process alignment, you will directly influence the efficiency of our product delivery and the overall value realized by our global client base. Your work will be pivotal in shaping the product roadmap and ensuring that our technical architecture remains robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end requirements analysis process by conducting deep-dive discovery sessions with stakeholders to ensure all business needs are captured with absolute clarity.

- Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and detailed user stories that provide engineering teams with a clear, actionable roadmap for development.

- Execute complex data modeling and SQL-based analysis to validate business hypotheses and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Manage the configuration and functional oversight of Oracle FRS to ensure financial reporting accuracy and system integrity for our enterprise clients.

- Drive process mapping and workflow design initiatives to identify operational bottlenecks and implement streamlined solutions that enhance team productivity.

- Facilitate effective change management by communicating technical shifts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and system updates.

- Collaborate with product management teams to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are consistently focused on high-impact deliverables.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in translating abstract business problems into technical specifications using Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of managing the full SDLC.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques, enabling the ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets to inform strategic business choices.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external clients.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization, workflow design, and the ability to maintain high standards of documentation through BRDs and user stories.

- Proven experience in navigating Oracle FRS environments and managing organizational change in fast-paced, multi-regional business settings.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid or on-site professional environment across Dubai, Singapore, or Malaysia, demonstrating high adaptability to different cultural and operational workflows.

- A minimum of 4 to 9 years of professional experience in a business analysis or product-focused role, ideally supported by a degree from a top-tier academic institution.
