StackBox is looking for Senior Business Analysts who can lead strategic data-driven initiatives across operations and product teams. This is a cross-functional leadership role that requires driving insights, designing scalable supply chain frameworks, and enabling key business decisions through deep analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities :

- Own and Lead Supply Chain Design : Architect end-to-end supply chain processes, including control mechanisms and optimization levers.

- Strategic Metrics Ownership : Define, refine, and monitor key business and operational metrics in collaboration with product and operations teams.

- Team Leadership : Mentor junior analysts, guide cross-functional teams, and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

- Advanced Analytics : Utilize advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency.

- Business Partnering : Work directly with leadership and external stakeholders to influence strategic planning and decision-making.

- Product and Tech Collaboration : Define analytics requirements for product features; ensure data systems align with business KPIs.

- Cost Optimization : Perform detailed cost-benefit analyses and drive initiatives that reduce cost while improving service levels.

- Process Improvement : Identify and implement continuous improvements in operational processes through automation, modeling, or tech interventions.

- Drive Implementation : Ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions and measure impact post-deployment.

Requirements :

- 4-6+ years of experience in business analysis, operations strategy, or supply chain analytics.

- Strong command over Excel/GSheets and visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with business impact.

- Deep understanding of supply chain concepts, KPIs, and cost levers.

- Familiarity with statistical analysis and problem-solving frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean).

- Strong communication skills; ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders.

- A proactive mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and clarity in execution.

Bonus Skills :

- Hands-on experience with R, Python, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and modeling.

- Exposure to simulation and supply chain design tools (e. g., AnyLogic).

- Experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
