Role Overview :

As a Senior Business Analysis Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives, translating complex business challenges into innovative, actionable solutions. You will lead a team of talented analysts, working closely with senior leadership, product development, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements, optimize processes, and deliver impactful outcomes. This role demands a seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience, capable of shaping product roadmaps, enhancing user experiences, and directly contributing to the organization's growth and competitive advantage in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end business analysis for critical strategic projects, ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment with overarching business objectives.

- Define, document, and manage detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for product enhancements and new feature development, serving as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.

- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decision-making for executive stakeholders.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineering leads, and design teams to translate complex business problems into feasible technical solutions, ensuring optimal implementation and delivery.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of business analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the department.

- Present complex analytical findings, strategic recommendations, and project progress to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions and securing buy-in for critical initiatives.

- Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements across various business functions, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Required Skillset :

- Deep expertise in business analysis methodologies, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, data modeling, and solution design, with a proven ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, adept at influencing diverse stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership, and capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing analytical teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from a premier institution is highly preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a significant advantage.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs while maintaining a focus on quality and strategic impact.
