Senior Backend Engineer - Python Technologies

Role Overview :

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will architect and build scalable backend systems for our AI enterprise platform.

Youll work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models and business logic into a performant and secure product.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, secure, and scalable backend services using Python

- Build & optimize SQL based data pipelines & database schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)

- Integrate AI/ML models into the backend (e.g., via REST APIs, model serving frameworks)

- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize and deploy models efficiently

- Lead architecture discussions and code reviews

- Build APIs consumed by web and mobile clients, focusing on performance and reliability

- Work with DevOps to deploy and monitor backend services (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)

- Ensure adherence to best practices in security, privacy, and data governance

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)

- Experience with message queues, caching systems, or event-driven architecture

- Knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, or ETL tools

- Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC
