Technical requirements :

Python (Owner Level) :

- Demonstrate authoritative knowledge of Python internals, asynchronous programming, and advanced data structures.

- Architect clean, maintainable, and highly efficient codebases while enforcing best practices and design patterns across the team.

- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex systemic issues that others might miss.

Flask (Owner Level) :

- Act as the primary architect for Flask-based microservices, ensuring robust API design and seamless integration.

- Expertise in the full lifecycle of a Flask application, including Extension management, Request handling, and Middleware optimization.

- Deep understanding of WSGI/ASGI servers.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Azure: Hands-on experience managing and deploying services within the Azure ecosystem.

- App Services: Practical exposure to hosting, securing, and scaling web apps via Azure App Services.
