Description :

We are looking to onboard experienced Backend Engineers who have built and scaled production-grade distributed systems.

This role sits at the core of large-scale, high-availability platforms serving millions of users globally. The environment is deeply engineering-driven, with strong emphasis on architecture, scalability, and clean code practices.

Role Scope :

- Design and architect scalable backend systems and RESTful services

- Build and optimize microservices within event-driven architectures

- Contribute to high-throughput, distributed systems at enterprise scale

- Collaborate closely with product, platform, and frontend teams

- Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and engineering standards

- Troubleshoot complex backend performance and reliability challenges

Core Expertise Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+ and Spring ecosystem

- Proven experience with Kafka in production environments

- Deep understanding of microservices and REST architecture

- Solid experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- CI/CD and version control best practices

Good to have : Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless architecture exposure

Ideal Profile :

- 6 - 10 years of backend engineering experience

- Demonstrated ownership of scalable systems in production

- Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking

- Comfortable operating in Agile, cross-functional teams
