We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join a cutting-edge AI engineering team focused on building production-grade, LLM-powered platforms.

This role is ideal for backend engineers who have moved beyond experimentation and are actively deploying scalable, reliable, and observable AI systems in real-world environments.

You will play a key role in designing AI workflows, building high-performance APIs, and integrating multiple LLM providers while ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build LLM-driven workflows using LangChain and LangGraph

- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using FastAPI

- Implement guardrails, observability, monitoring, and logging for AI systems

- Build and manage streaming and asynchronous APIs for real-time AI interactions

- Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI-backed services

- Collaborate with AI researchers, frontend engineers, and product teams

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment automation

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Python backend development

- 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in AI / LLM integration in production environments

- Strong expertise in FastAPI and modern API design

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments

- Solid understanding of async programming, microservices, and distributed systems

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt management, and AI observability tools

- Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

- Familiarity with security, compliance, and AI safety practices

- Experience working in product-led or platform engineering teams
