Senior Automation Test Engineer - iOS/Android

Overview :

Seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with 5 - 7 years of experience in mobile test automation for Android and iOS applications, with strong technical ownership and ability to improve automation coverage and stability.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain mobile automation scripts for Android and iOS.

- Drive automation strategy, framework improvements, and best practices.

- Execute functional, regression, and integration test suites across mobile platforms.

- Diagnose failures, analyze logs, and work closely with developers for quick resolution.

- Ensure high-quality releases through robust automation and test coverage.

- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Working in Agile Methodologies

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Appium or similar mobile automation tools.

- Solid understanding of Android/iOS automation frameworks and debugging tools.

- Proficiency in python (for automation).

- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Android Studio, ADB, UIAutomator2

- macOS, Xcode, iOS Simulators, Web Driver Agent (WDA), Homebrew

- Appium Server & Appium Inspector

- Node.js/npm (Appium runtime), Git, and CI tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure Pipelines)
