Senior Automation Developer (RPA)

Proximus is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Developer to strengthen our automation team.

You will play a key role in driving automation initiatives, delivering change requests, and architecting new automated processes with Blue Prism and Power Automate.

This is a senior position requiring hands-on development expertise, solution ownership, and stakeholder engagement.

As a Senior Automation Developer :

- Lead detailed analysis, design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions for new processes and change requests using Blue Prism and Power Automate.

- Provide technical feasibility assessments and translate requirements into robust automated workflows.

- Own the process lifecycle: from development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of automated processes.

- Act as senior technical resource for troubleshooting, change management, and solution design, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to best practices.

- Mentor junior developers, review code, and drive knowledge sharing across the automation team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and methodologies.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer; proven expertise in Blue Prism and Power Automate.

- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-quality automation solutions from requirements to deployment.

- Solid knowledge of process analysis, database management, and integration (API/web services).

- Experience with change request management and optimizing existing automations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English; Dutch or French a plus.

- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver under tight timelines.

- Strong team player; experience mentoring and code review is preferred.

- Passion for learning, AI, and emerging automation technologies.

Nice-to-have :

- Advanced Blue Prism certification.

- Experience in Agile methodologies.

- Prior experience in telecom or large-scale digital transformation projects.
