Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asterisk Developer to join our Telecom Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade VoIP and telephony solutions using Asterisk and related communication technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Asterisk PBX, SIP protocols, Linux systems, and telecom application development with hands-on experience in scalable voice infrastructure and real-time communication systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop VoIP and telephony solutions using Asterisk

- Configure and maintain Asterisk PBX servers and telecom infrastructure

- Develop and customize IVR systems, dial plans, call routing, and SIP-based applications

- Implement inbound/outbound calling solutions, queue management, conferencing, and call

recording systems

- Integrate telephony platforms with CRM, ERP, and third-party applications using APIs

- Troubleshoot SIP signaling, RTP media flow, voice quality, and connectivity issues

- Optimize telecom systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and high availability

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues

- Collaborate with telecom, networking, DevOps, and application teams for deployment and

support

- Monitor VoIP systems and maintain telecom security standards

- Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines

- Support production environments and provide L2/L3 troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics,

- Certifications in Asterisk, Linux, Networking, or VoIP technologies preferred
