Senior Associate - SAP TPM Module

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP TPM Senior Associate to lead and support end-to-end trade promotion processes within a consumer goods or retail environment. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in SAP TPM, along with integration knowledge across SAP CRM, ECC/S/4HANA, and BW systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and execution of trade promotions using SAP TPM.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance) to define promotion strategies.

- Design and maintain trade fund structures aligned with business goals.

- Monitor fund consumption and provide insights to prevent overspending or under-utilization.

- Ensure smooth data synchronization using SAP CRM Middleware.

- Provide L2/L3 production support for TPM-related incidents and service requests.

- Diagnose root causes and implement sustainable fixes.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management)

2. Trade Funds Management (TFM)

3. Trade Claims Management (TCM)

- Expertise in SAP CRM Middleware (data replication, queues, troubleshooting).

- Integration knowledge of :

1. SAP CRM with ECC / S/4HANA

2. TPM with BW / BW-IP
