About the Role :

We are looking for experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) professionals to join our team for a project. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in Intercompany Sales, Invoicing, Delivery Management, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Depending on experience, candidates will be considered for either the Senior Associate or Manager role. The position involves designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting end-to-end SAP SD solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions for Intercompany and Intracompany sales processes.

- Configure and support Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Invoicing.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.

- Configure SAP SD master data including Customer Master, Material Master, Sales Organizations, Distribution Channels, and Billing Types.

- Prepare Business Process Documents (BPDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and configuration documentation.

- Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support.

- Execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Support complex billing scenarios including Intercompany, Milestone, Periodic, and Transaction-Based Billing.

- Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO, RAR, BRIM/STP, and other SAP modules.

- Work closely with ABAP developers for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and custom developments.

- Troubleshoot issues related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, and revenue recognition.

- Follow SAP best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

Additional Responsibilities (Manager Role) :

- Lead SAP SD sub-processes from requirement gathering through implementation and production support.

- Act as the functional lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SD.

- Conduct client workshops, design discussions, and solution review meetings.

- Lead and mentor SAP SD consultants and provide technical guidance.

- Own project planning, delivery milestones, quality reviews, and risk management.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Drive end-to-end solution design and ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.

Required Skills :

- 710 years of hands-on SAP SD implementation and support experience.

- Strong expertise in SAP SD Configuration, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Intercompany & Intracompany Sales, Sales Order Processing, Delivery Management, Billing & Invoicing, Pricing, Copy Controls, and Output Management.

- Experience integrating SAP SD with SAP FI/CO, SAP RAR, and SAP BRIM/STP.

- Hands-on experience with Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Testing (UT, SIT, UAT), and Production Support.

- Experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments and enhancements.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Multiple SAP SD implementation or rollout project experience.

- Experience in large enterprise or multi-company SAP environments.

- SAP Certification in Sales & Distribution is preferred.

- Experience working in consulting environments is an advantage.
