- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors during the data conversion phase of Guidewire Billing Center implementation projects.

- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and data requirements related to billing processes and data migration.

- Analyze legacy system data and Compare/Document the Mapping of data elements to Guidewire Billing Center data model.

- Define, validate, and enhance data conversion rules, transformation logic, and data quality standards.

- Collaborate closely with ETL developers, QA teams, and data migration specialists to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Design and support test planning activities such as unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) focusing on converted data.

- Identify data gaps, cleansing needs, and inconsistencies, recommending resolution approaches.

- Assist in developing data migration strategy, including cutover and rollback planning for billing data.

- Provide subject matter expertise on Guidewire Billing Center functionalities related to billing, invoicing, payments, and adjustments.
