Job Purpose :

The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and maintain scalable Power Platform solutionsprimarily using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automateto streamline business processes and enhance digital productivity across the organization. The role is responsible for building secure, integrated applications, configuring authentication for external users, and ensuring seamless connectivity with Microsoft services such as SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power BI. By collaborating closely with business stakeholders, the role transforms requirements into efficient, user-friendly solutions, provides ongoing support, drives automation opportunities, and ensures comprehensive documentation and training to enable effective adoption and long-term success.

Also, we are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of Private Markets, including how private market ecosystems operate across Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Private Equity, Private Credit and Alternative Investments. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, technology innovation and project leadership. You will be responsible for mapping end-to-end processes, simplifying them, translating requirements into automated solutions and driving high-impact projects from ideation to execution.

Desired Skills and experience :

1. Extensive experience in Private Markets (VC, PE, Growth Equity, Alternatives) or related financial services domains.

2. Strong understanding of how private market processes work deal flow, workflows, reporting structure and team interactions.

- Power Apps Development:

i. Strong hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps

- Power Pages (Portals):

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps & Powerpages.

- Create and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.

- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft services like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.

- Configure Authentication options with Azure AD B2C, Google Login

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions that meet business needs.

- Identify and resolve issues in applications and workflows, providing ongoing support and maintenance.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and automate manual tasks, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and workflows.

- Provide training and support to end-users and team members on using Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
