Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Life Insurance domain expertise to bridge business and technology teams, gather requirements, drive Agile delivery, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities :

Life Insurance Domain Expertise :

- Agent lifecycle management.

- Policy administration.

- Home Office operations.

- Manual and automated underwriting.

- Risk assessment and regulatory compliance.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation :

- Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

- Maintain requirement traceability.

AI-Assisted Business Analysis :

- Use Microsoft Copilot and Claude for analysis, documentation, validation and gap analysis.

Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Management :

- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, SIT and UAT.

- Collaborate with business, development and QA teams.

- Provide business and functional clarifications.

Quality & Risk Management :

- Ensure DoR and DoD compliance.

- Support UAT and defect triage.

- Identify project risks and dependencies.

Mandatory Skills :

- 7 - 10 years of Business Analysis experience.

- 6+ years in Life Insurance domain.

- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.

- Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Experience with AI-assisted analysis tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Policy Administration Systems (PAS).

- Insurance transformation projects.

- Regulatory and compliance knowledge.
